We view each problem as a unique puzzle
Whatever your problem there is always a solution.
We pride ourselves in giving good honest advice. Where a problem can be fixed and is ecomically viable then we will happily give you a quote. There are times however when you are just throwing your money away and nobody wants that. If your kit is beyond economical repair we will usually offer you an alternative and in most cases take your kit as a trade in.
Where do I bring my faulty computer for repair?.
You don't! We come to you and will either fix it on the spot, make an appointment to return with parts, or, we will collect and return your kit when its completed at a time to suit you. If you insist on the work being carried out at your address then our time is billed by the hour as every hour spent with you means we cant be somewhere else. If we take the job away with us then the bill is usually greatly reduced because we can leave a machine on the workbench while it runs virus scans or other repairs, we will always give you the options so that you can work out what suits you and your pocket the best!.
